Here are the common questions about Bridal.

Area & Transportation Policies

• All listed package prices apply only within city limits. For services requested outside the city, additional transportation and operational fees will apply.
• For out-of-town events, the bridal car service is strictly for the bride and groom only. Family pick-up/drop-off is not included.

Time-Based Charges

• Receptions or wedding events that begin after 5:00 PM / 17.00 WIB will be subject to an additional evening service charge.

Bonus & Package Flexibility

• Any complimentary items or bonuses included in the package are fixed and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or converted into other forms of benefits.
• Due to our computerized/digital booking system, bridal packages are non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Photo link by Google Drive available for 1 week only. Please download & save your files before it expires.

Schedule Adjustments & Changes

• In the event of any schedule changes or modifications requested by the client, Seoul Studio reserves the right to reschedule the entire process,from photoshoot to final delivery, as deemed appropriate.

Force Majeure Clause

• Seoul Studio shall not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from unforeseen events such as natural disasters, accidents, strikes, or any circumstances beyond reasonable control.
