Terms & Conditions Apply
These Terms & Conditions apply to all clients booking a Graduation Photoshoot with Seoul Studio. By confirming your session, you agree to the terms outlined below
Booking & Payment
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time. The remaining balance must be paid on or before the session day.
- Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
- Photo link by Google Drive available for 1 week only. Please download & save your files before it expires.
Gown, Cap & Styling
- If renting a gown from us, we recommend booking early to secure your size and preferred style.
- Please bring any school-issued gown or sash, personal props (e.g., diploma, medals), or university memorabilia if you’d like them included.
- Professional makeup and hairstyling services are available as add-ons and must be booked in advance.
Group Sessions
- Graduation sessions may include individual, friend group, or family portraits, depending on your package.
- Please inform us ahead of time if others will join your session so we can allocate time and space accordingly.
Copyright & Usage
- All photographs remain the copyright property of Seoul Studio.
- Clients receive a personal-use license to download, print, and share their final images.
- Seoul Studio may use selected images for marketing, website, or social media purposes unless the client requests privacy in writing before the session.
Behavior & Etiquette
- Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, property, and equipment.
- Any intentional damage, misconduct, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund.
- Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Liability & Client Responsibilities
- Seoul Studio is not responsible for injury, allergic reactions, lost personal items, or wardrobe malfunctions during the session.
- Please disclose any allergies or special needs ahead of time so we can provide a safe and comfortable environment.
- Arrive dressed or allow time for changing if bringing your own attire.
- Please ensure your gown, cap, and shoes are clean and wrinkle-free if using your own items.
- Bring any specific props or items you want included in your portraits.
