Bonus & Package Flexibility

• Barang pelengkap atau bonus apa pun yang termasuk dalam paket bersifat tetap dan tidak dapat ditukar, dipindahtangankan, atau dikonversi menjadi bentuk lainnya.
• Karena kami menggunakan sistem pemesanan yang terkomputerisasi/digital, paket tidak dapat dipindahtangankan dan tidak dapat dikembalikan dalam kondisi apa pun.

Schedule Adjustments & Changes

• Jika terjadi perubahan jadwal atau modifikasi yang diminta oleh klien, Seoul Studio berhak untuk menjadwalkan ulang seluruh proses dari pemotretan hingga pengiriman akhir, sebagaimana dianggap sesuai.

Force Majeure Clause

• Seoul Studio shall not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from unforeseen events such as natural disasters, accidents, strikes, or any circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Image Rights & Usage

• All photos remain the intellectual property of Seoul Studio.
• Clients receive a personal-use license to print, share, and post their final images.
• Seoul Studio may use selected images for portfolio, website, or social media unless clients request full privacy in writing prior to the session.

Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session. The remaining balance must be paid on or before the day of the shoot.
• Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.

Liability &  Client Responsibilities

• Seoul Studio is not liable for any personal injury, allergic reactions, wardrobe issues, or loss/damage of personal property during the session.
• Clients are responsible for notifying the team of any allergies, sensitivities, or physical limitations in advance.
• If wearing our rental gowns or suits, arrive early to allow time for fitting and preparation.
• Please communicate your preferred poses, styles, or mood boards in advance so we can tailor your experience.
