Do you accommodate clients with physical disabilities or mobility challenges?
Yes. Our studio is designed to be wheelchair accessible and ramps for mobility aids. If you or your loved one has specific mobility needs, please inform us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
What types of photography do you offer?
We specialize in a wide range of photography including bridal, pre-wedding, maternity, kids, family, graduation, birthday, and beauty portrait sessions. Each session is custom-tailored to suit your theme, mood, and preferences.
How do I book a photo session?
You can book by contacting us directly through our Whatsapp Message. We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks before, especially for pre-wedding and bridal sessions.
Do you shoot on location or only in-studio?
We offer both! You can choose between studio sessions, outdoor locations, or a combination of both. Location fees (if applicable) are discussed during the consultation.
Collection and Return
Outfits can be collected in person from our studio, typically 1 day before the event or session. We recommend scheduling a fitting beforehand to ensure the perfect fit.
Outfits should be returned within 1 day after the event or session. Returns must be made during studio operating hours. Late returns may incur additional fees. Please return items in good condition; cleaning is handled by us.
Can I rent outfits without booking a photoshoot?
Yes, we offer gown and suit rentals for weddings, prom, graduation, and special events.
Do you offer makeup and hairstyling services?
Absolutely. We provide makeup and hairstyling for brides, pre-wedding, graduation, prom, maternity, and other sessions. Our artists work to enhance your natural features and match the look to your theme.
Is trial makeup available?
Yes, trial sessions can be arranged upon request, especially for bridal or pre-wedding bookings. Please inquire when you schedule your appointment.
How long does it take to receive the edited photos?
Final retouched images are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the session.
How will I receive my photos?
Digital images are delivered via Google Drive. Prints, DVDs, or USBs can also be included in your package upon request.
Do you provide props or do I need to bring my own?
We provide a curated selection of props, backdrops, and decor, especially for themed sessions. You're also welcome to bring your own meaningful items.
